相关系数osionpedia Explains Cissing

Cissing is often caused due to surfaces contaminated by oil or particulate substances, or by an inadequate chemical composition or mixing of paint components, a drying temperature that is too low, excessive solvent retention or a combination of these factors.

Cissing may be prevented by thoroughly cleaning the metal surface prior to applying the protective coating. This will reduce the probability of trapping oil, grease, dust particles or other agents that may act as contaminants.

Reapplication of the coating system is the best way to repair cissing.
